INSTALLATION AND ARRANGEMENT OF THE TWO HV CABLE FROM GIS OUTDOOR AG. NIKOLAOS TO THE NEW ADG SUBSTATION

The scope of the AG NIKOLAOS CCGT II - ADG INTERCONNECTION project, of the MYTILINEOS S.A. group, includes the installation and arrangement of the two HV cable circuits (400kV) and the earth continuity conductors from GIS OUTDOOR Ag. Nikolaou to the new ADG Substation, in the Aluminum Hellas industrial facility.

In the role of TEKAM GENIKI ENERGY S.A. is to perform the following tasks:

• Installation and arrangement of 400kV HV cables (2 circuits, total 12 HV cables and 2 earthing cables), according to the plans

• The placement of link boxes & surge arresters

• Installation of earthing continuity cables for the 2 circuits

• Lifting and tying the cables to the scaffolds sealing ends

• Arranging and tying the cables to the metal supports

• Positioning and tightening of cable clamps

• Carrying out a sheath test on all cables after the completion of the casting and before the installation of the terminal boxes
